Compassionate Intervention Act- repugnant. If they have the resources to offer such supports while a person is being held against their will, then truly be compassionate and make them readily accessible without ‘capturing the wild ones’ and dismissing their human rights!

I wouldn’t risk it, personally, considering how hamfisted airlines are about refunds.
