Great write up. I stopped by the picket line yesterday and dropped off some cookies. I am really invested in remote work becoming part of the collective agreement. I think that will precedent setting and really allow for more job opportunities in the regions instead of concentration in Ottawa.
I would also say that in some way remote work is monetary in the sense that commuting is a cost and not needing to do it allows for savings in parking/transit/risk of an accident.
