To boot Peter Savaryn was also President of the Alberta Conservative Party and was awarded the Order of Canada. Savaryn was of 2000 Galician SS members allowed into Canada at the end of WW2. Like a dirty shirt, they have wormed their way into the fabric of Canadian life.
