For the Progress Report, I wrote about Gary Kalnychuk, who donated more than $20,000 to the UCP, its Wildrose forerunner and the federal Conservatives, before being appointed to the University of Alberta senate by former advanced education minister Demetrios Nicolaides. He’s said said his goal as a senator is to “reverse the liberal indoctrination” at U of A and called striking faculty at Concordia University of Edmonton “entitled spoiled brats.”

Green Majority Radio had me on to talk about last week’s Carbon Capture Canada conference in Edmonton and the false promise of carbon capture, utilization and storage technology.
