I went on It’s Getting Late with Jake Landau to discuss a Chinese bounty on a Conservative candidate, whether Danielle Smith is a traitor to Canada and the ongoing search of a Winnipeg landfill for the remains of Indigenous women murdered by a serial killer.
For the Progress Report, I covered the announcement of the Alberta Federation of Labour’s “solidarity pact,” which was short on details of what the pact actually entails.
Last week, I spoke at a teach-in at University of Alberta about the university’s response to the pro-Palestine encampment last year, alongside professor emerita Laurie Adkin and a couple student encampment leaders. Kathryn Johnson, an up-and-coming journalist at The Gateway, UAlberta’s student paper, covered the event.
There should be a video of the event available somewhere. Once I find it, I will share it with Orchard readers.
