At Canada’s National Observer, I covered the Elbows Up for Climate summit that occurred Thursday in Edmonton, where progressive municipal leaders strategized about how to pursue climate action in the face of federal and provincial government obstinacy.

Earlier in the week, I reported for CNO about the extent to which the Centurion Project doxxing three million Albertans raises the risks of foreign interference in October’s referendum.

For Alberta Native News, I reported on Treaty 8 First Nations of Alberta raising the prospect of civil disobedience if October’s quasi-independence referendum proceeds, as well as Indigenous representation at last week’s Alberta Federation of Labour Day of Protest in Edmonton.
