ICYMI: July 20-26
At Canada’s National Observer, I covered Toronto-based Thomson Reuters’ $125-million USD contract with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to use Thomson Reuters’ detailed database of American residents’ personal information to assist in a crackdown on alleged immigration and voter fraud.
I appeared on Pivot Points, a brand new public affairs show on CJSR, to speak alongside Taproot Edmonton publisher Karen Unland, activist and entrepreneur Haruun Ali, and host Asad Chishti about AI, the climate crisis, police accountability and more.
