At the Progress Report, I wrote about Climate Justice Edmonton’s Right to be Cool campaign, which asks the city to establish a maximum indoor temperature of 26 degrees Celsius for rental housing; expand the number of cooling areas available in the city; launch an inquiry into the health impacts of extreme heat and smoke; and support a universal heat pumps program.
