Interesting about the 'consultant' thing. The Regressive Conservative federal leader has referred to the Fed's use of so many "Consultants" as a waste of taxpayer money, while many are basically hired as consultants rather than employees in order to reduce their own tax rates (to business rates). It ain't just "the Liberals". Hadn't realized that these contracted employees are not covered by the ethical codes.
